1. You're doing a walkthrough and notice a server rolling their eyes at a guest who's being picky about a special request. The dining room is full. What exactly do you do and say in that moment?

2. A guest flags you down and says a server was rude to them; when you check with the server, they say the guest was condescending first and other tables can back them up. Walk through how you'd handle this before the guest leaves and after.

3. It's a Friday night with a 40-minute wait. A regular who tips well and comes in weekly asks you to seat them ahead of two parties who've been waiting longer. What do you do, and what do you say to the regular and to the waiting parties?

4. Begin your answer with the word 'Absolutely' and answer in exactly two sentences: describe a time you had to correct a teammate's behavior in a way that respected them.
