What you'll actually do: - Stretch, dress, launch, and turn every pie — by hand, by feel, by the spec - Own your oven: know the temps, know the bake times, never guess - Hit dough proofing and par levels cold, every shift, no shortcuts - Know every build and portion so pies come out consistent — size, bake, toppings, every single time - Jump on the sauté line when we need you there too — this is a real kitchen, not one station - Call out 86s and delays to the floor fast, before it becomes their problem - If a pie's off, you re-fire it immediately — no excuses, no arguing about whose fault it was - Keep your station and oven area clean as you go — not a scramble at close - When the kitchen's slammed, you help the person next to you without being asked Who thrives here: You're the type who takes real pride in a good dough and a clean bake — not someone who sees pizza as "just assembly."
