A few quick questions for the Dishwasher role — a sentence or two each is perfect. We review every application and will reach out if we’d like to set up an interview.

1. It's Friday night, the dish pit is stacked up, and servers are waiting on clean plates to get food out to guests. Walk us through what you do in that moment. *

2. You pull a glass out of the rack and notice it still has a lipstick mark on it, but the line is slammed and everyone needs glasses now. What do you do? *

3. A server or cook is buried during a rush and asks you to help bus a table or run a plate, even though it's not technically your station. How do you respond, and why? *

4. Describe the toughest shift or busiest stretch you've ever worked, in exactly two sentences, and begin your answer with the word "Steady". *
