1. It's Friday night, eight tickets deep, and the oven's running hot. You pull a pizza and the crust is over-charred on one side. Do you send it or remake it, and what do you say to the expo/server about the delay? *

2. A regular always orders the same pie a specific way (extra crispy, light on sauce). A new cook on the line tonight doesn't know this. What do you do to make sure that guest still gets their pizza exactly right? *

3. Describe a time (or how you would react) when a finished pizza looked technically fine but you personally weren't proud of the bake, stretch, or topping balance. What did you do about it? *

4. Begin your answer with the word 'Absolutely' and, in exactly two sentences, tell us why consistency in your bake matters more on your busiest night than on your slowest one. *
